1. What EvonIQ is

EvonIQ (www.evoniq.app) is a web tool that helps Evony alliances track their members' progress, analyse buffs, build a hive composition and plan battles. It is operated by EvonIQ by NKno, Les Landes, 1299 Crans-près-Céligny, Switzerland, referred to here as "we".

EvonIQ is an independent, fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Top Games Inc. or the Evony game in any way. Evony and its related names are the property of their respective owners. Everything you do in the game remains subject to the game's own terms; EvonIQ never interacts with the game itself and only works with the information you type in or upload.

By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use EvonIQ.

2. Your account

You need an account to use most of EvonIQ. You must be at least 16 years old, give a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done from your account, and you must tell us straight away at Contact@EvonIQ.app if you think somebody else has access to it.

One person, one account. Please enter accurate information about your game accounts: the alliance dashboard is only useful to your team if the numbers in it are real.

3. Data shared within your alliance

EvonIQ is a team tool. The game data you enter (power, troops, buffs, castle details, monthly history) is visible to the members and leaders of the alliance your account belongs to, and used in the alliance's comparisons, rankings and battle plans. Do not enter anything you would not want your alliance to see. Your email address and login details are never shown to other members.

4. Subscriptions and the free trial

Every new account receives three months of full access (the Battlefield tier) for free, with no card required. When it ends, the account falls back to the free tier automatically; nothing is charged.

Paid tiers are described on the pricing page, in US dollars. A purchase buys a fixed period of access (30 days, or 12 months for annual plans). There is no automatic renewal: when a period ends, you decide whether to buy another one. An alliance can also take the Alliance Pack, which grants the Battlefield tier to all of its members for the period bought.

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as the merchant of record: Polar sells the subscription to you, collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, issues the invoice and processes refunds. EvonIQ never sees or stores your card details. Cancellations and refunds are covered on the Cancellations & Refunds page.

We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. The account marketplace (Auction)

The Auction section lets a player who wants to part with a game account present it to other players, and lets interested players make themselves known. EvonIQ only connects players with each other: it takes no payment, no commission and no consideration of any kind, is not a party to any agreement between players, and does not check, hold or transfer anything.

Any arrangement between a seller and a buyer is theirs alone, at their own risk. EvonIQ gives no guarantee about an account, a player or the outcome of a contact. It is your responsibility to make sure that what you do complies with the game's own rules, which may restrict or prohibit the transfer of accounts.

We may remove a listing or suspend access to the marketplace at any time if we believe it is misleading, abusive or unlawful.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use EvonIQ to harass, deceive or harm other players, or to enter false information about them;
• try to access accounts, alliances or data that are not yours, or to get around the tiers and access rules;
• scrape, copy or extract the site's content or other users' data by automated means;
• upload anything unlawful, or that infringes somebody else's rights;
• overload, probe or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account, with or without notice depending on the seriousness of the breach.

7. Your content and ours

The information and screenshots you enter remain yours. You grant us the right to store, process and display them within EvonIQ, to you and to your alliance, for as long as your account exists, which is what the service needs in order to work. The software, design, texts and name of EvonIQ are ours; you may use them through the site, not copy or resell them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep EvonIQ available and accurate, but it is a small, independent service and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free data. We may add, change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice on the site before removing something that a paid tier depends on. If we ever had to shut the service down, paid periods still running would be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

9. Ending things

You may stop using EvonIQ at any time and delete your account yourself from the My account page (Security tab), or ask us to by writing to Contact@EvonIQ.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that has been inactive for more than 24 months, after warning you by email.

10. Liability

EvonIQ is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, for anything that happens inside the game, for decisions your alliance takes based on the data in EvonIQ, or for arrangements between players made through the marketplace. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence or anything that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by Swiss law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and a material change will be announced on the site. Continuing to use EvonIQ after a change means you accept it.
